On this special report of Focus, Robert Schrage will moderate a discussion between Bill Woods and Jeff Berding who will discuss both sides of Issue 8. Issue 8 is a City of Cincinnati charter amendment that deals with a Proportional Representation balloting system. During the program, each presenter will receive up to ten minutes to address the Cincinnatus Association and give their perspective of the issue. Following these opening presentations, Mr. Berding and Mr. Woods will receive two minutes each to make their rebuttal. The Cincinnatus Association's exclusive, follow-up question and answer session will be available for viewing on this website.
